DURING THE TENANCY
Inspections
When new tenants move in, we conduct a 'check-in' with them to confirm the condition of items on the inventory. We will conduct routine inspections during their tenancy and let you know the results. At the end of the tenancy, we conduct a 'check-out' so that the tenant can be held accountable for any missing or damaged items (beyond reasonable wear and tear).
Maintenance
We can deal with maintenance problems reported by the tenant, using our own tradespeople. Alternatively, if your property is managed by a factor we can refer relevant issues to them. In addition Littlejohns provides an emergency helpline for all landlords and tenants which operates round the clock 365 days of the year.
