Established in 1879 and based in the heart of the Scottish capital, Littlejohns lets and manages residential properties in and around the Edinburgh area.
Whether you are a tenant or landlord or just starting to consider letting a property, we have a range of services to suit your needs. We help tenants find their ideal property, help ensure their tenancy runs smoothly and are on hand to deal promptly with any problems. Of course, this in turn benefits landlords. We will take good care of your property, manage all aspects of tenancies and can arrange and provide maintenance and property-upgrading services.
We let properties for a minimum of 6 months, known as a Short Assured Tenancy.
